Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
National BBQ Month sure was tasty! We hope you got to try just as many new BBQ recipes as we did and some old favorites as well. If not, you can find all our BBQ recipes here and try them out all summer long. One of our favorites was Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise and Ted Reader’s Rum Injected Sweet Potatoes. As the weather’s heating up, use your EGG for a cool treat-Ice Cream Sandwiches! Keep an eye out for some Father’s Day recipes from chefs & their dads, coming soon!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

The least that can be done for the enjoyment this forum has brought.

Should the rumors be true is there any way you folks would entertain keeping this group of hoodlums together, if so what would it take?

    Steve:

Maybe "outlaw" get-to-gethers might be the new trend!

I bought my first BGE two years ago based on positive media reports and the fact egging looked like fun. Now have two eggs. I wasn't aware of this forum until my dealer suggested I try it for all the good info available. This is a great place to learn and my hats off the the "regulars" who are so willing to share their experiences and help us new-comers. As I've learned the past two days, the real thanks goes to the Millers who are responsible for the forums existence. Thanks for your efforts!! Here's hoping the forum continues. The BGE society will be better for it.
