We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! With work getting back to normal I was able to spend some time in front of the egg.

Some nice Tuna steaks rubbed w/Prudhommes and served w/ Rosemary garlic fingerlings

Some shoulders injected w/ Spicy rum,honey and Garlic. These were for a friend who was havivg an engagement party for his step daughter.My son says he is sick of me cooking shoulders foe friends and not him.

Had the fire going so some chichen breast and homemade chorizo went on.
