Last night's leg of lamb

I've been craving Greek style legg of lamb for a while. Finally found a smaller sized cut at Fresh and Easy, most are too big for just the two of us. Marinated it in evoo, lemon juice, fresh oregano & thyme, salt, pepper and garlic for a few hours. Also marinated some veggies in balsamic, evoo, garlic & herbs de Prevance.

Put the lamb on the egg to sear a few minutes at about 500. Then lowered them temp to roast the lamb & veggies.

Off the grill and sliced. A little more done than I prefer, but it was good.

Plated w/Tzatziki sauce and pita bread. A delicious dinner.
