T-47, thanks. I still can't believe that I can cook something that looks that good. But with the info here on this forum and my egg, it's just plain easy.[p]Those babies(get it? Babies?) were cooked indirect for 5 hours, they started at 200 dome temp and finished at 290 dome. They were 190-200 degrees internal temp at the finish. In the last hour I basted them twice with honey and BBQ sauce. Served them with homemade coleslaw. [p]Good luck on your first cook, and all of the rest,
    Scott
