Finally tried wings ala Dizzy Pig tonight. My bride says you can do this anytime :)

Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside

Only departure was doing them at300-325 so we wouldn't be eating too late

Rotated the grid after 20 minutes

Flipped after 40 minutes then rotated grid after 20 minutes

Tots with red onion and bacon along with shredded lettuce and avocado
