I made a run to Grills Grates & More in Gulfport today. I picked up a bottle of Jamaican Firewalk and a bottle of Pineapple Head. I allready have a bottle of Cowlick which I use for steak or burgers. I just thought I'd see what people use these for.
Something came to mind. Has anybody made a fruit pie or empanada with Pineapple Head in the seasoning? I'm a fan of sweet and spicy combined and have made Habenero Cheesecake and Jalapeno Brownies before.
