Had to think of something quick and easy and mind blowing to do up before the Mavs game tonight. The Wifey suggested pizza. Ok.....I've gotten somewhat comfortable and confident with pizza on the egg, so why not. 4 adult pizzas coming up. Rolled up and ready to be topped.
Grill was nice and hot at 650.
I'm not sure what went on all the different pizzas, but I'll see what I can identify. First up was my cousin's g-friend, Brittany. I'm seeing some pepperoni, tomatoes, spinach, black olives, mozzarella, fontina, buffalo mozz and some shrooms.
Next up was my wife, Stacie, goin with her traditional alfredo sauce pizza. Toppings were hot Italian sausage, grilled chicken, basil, tomatoes and who knows what.
My cousin, the vegetarian ( ) was late, so his girlfriend made his pizza. No idea what was on it except no meat.
Last up was me. I know what I put on my pie. Mozz and fontina cheese, pepperoni, Spanish chorizo, hot Italian sausage and some basil from my garden.
Man, I can't even begin to say how good that pizza was. I never want to order pizza again. Was it perfect? No, but the fun will be perfecting it. My cousin and his g-friend said they want pizza here from now on. Great food, and the best part.....the Mavs won!! 3-2, one more to go! Great night here in Big D!
Bad note....my gasket is really about fried now. Oh well, I'll cross that bridge later. Tomorrow I got the day off so we'll be doing some beef ribs.

They sure look perfect to me! Nice job. I am far from vegetarian, but I actually like veggie pizza. I mean...I like a all meat pizza as well ...I guess I just like any pizza!
What kind of sauce did you use or make? It looks nice an chunky.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -

Those look Great! I still haven't perfected the pizza cook, but it sure is fun trying.

Nice looking za's you did. The pics helped a lot and gave me some thoughts about doing multiple pizzas. Give me a shout when you need someone to run some quality control tests on your pizzas.
