Thanks Adam, for us we use the mini the most of all.
This cook can be done on any size egg, the real magic was getting the meat right next to a well light lump bed. There was about 1/2" distance between lump and the grid, thus the sear was an extremely high temperature sear.
I am going to find a round grid(s) on the small and medium eggs that will sit right down on the top of the lump bed to do the sear. On the large the Spider does the trick very well if the lump is loaded up to the spider.

The flavor was amazing, I think it was the sear that brought most of the flavor to the cook.

Good news indeed Tim.

That certainly was a quick dinner Kent! Looks great.

Thanks Rebecca, I was playing around and have never done that hot of a sear.

I think they were 19.99/lb at harmons, and I need to got get another one. Snyders is great too. I am with you, I like eating it right from the grill. I love eating it when its at its hottest, I hate "resting" a steak.
yeah, might need to lower them. there is a large on ksl for 600 right now. comes with nest and mates, he says raising price to 700 tomorrow. if you offer financing, my brother might buy one from you. -
I would need to know the particulars but possibly I could work with him...
That's a pretty low price for out here on the large. I have been thinking of pulling the adds for a day or so then re-list one and then the other. I am going to take the handles off, and get them looking new again.

Thanks for the knowledge Grandpa!
