Started with two Country Ribs on the Mini, they took this zero shape... Zero complaints from my girls... , The Mayans are known for having invented the absolute zero number.....They must have been inspired.....This zero ribs were delicious.....must make some Yucatán dish next.....
One rib just S & P & the other with Mustard & Moose Butt Chili Powder made from the finest droppings available in Yellowstone National Park, a present from Gary & Pam Wilson, much appreciated.... ;)

These have got to be my favourite ribs, pretty lean & yet so juicy & full of flavour, served with Loren's zucchini salad & beans with chilorio & gorgonzola

3 months with no rain, a record for us, mountains are pretty burnt, still plenty of water underground coming from The Sierra Madre guarantees a green landscape...

The sleeping lady is always present in the landscape.....she 's lying down on her back looking up,her head & profile looking up on the right, a well endowed girl no doubt ....nice pair of boobies :woohoo:

Hey Beli, Fabulous plate of food you cooked up. I can see why there were no complaints.
Love the second to the last picture!!! Sorry the mountain range is so brown. Remember last year when they were crying?

Another eggtastic day in the mountains. Love the moose butt, but yours is in Spanish and mine is English. Do they have 2 versions?

Tks Tim, Not so hot today, but still having to water the garden two hours daily to get the sections wet, could use a little rain now & then

You live in a beautiful place, Bell!
Any idea what a "country rib" equivalent is here in the states? I'm not familiar with it...

Good stuff!!! We are also lacking rain...drought conditions and it's hotter than ever (103 here yesterday). Hoping for rain soon....your photos are beautiful. :)

Bob the rub is made by Gary (Village Idiot) and includes several chilis and peppers but surprisingly is not hot, it actually has a fantastic beefy smell on its own. I love it.

Tks Botch, I get them at HEB the texan chain present in México, in the Angus Certified Beef display. I believe they are similar to short ribs but without the bone. Will ask the butcher & give you a more accurate description later

Tks Elizabeth, hope we get some rain soon

Beli, this post really caught my attention. It seems that you obtain cuts of meat unavailable to me. I've gotten boneless short ribs, but they were already sliced about 1/2 inch thick. The marbling on your meat is fantastic. I'd love to find out what cut of meat you cooked. I loved that plated pic.......and as always, your environs. :)

Remember asking the butcher a long time ago about them but I forgot  Hope is nothing serious  ,, promise you I'll go tomorrow and ask again and let you know. The flavour is extraordinary.

TKS Larry, just opened the door to the guys who are fixing my palapa, it was damaged during the last hurricane and now they are puting quarry stone columns instead of the wooden ones. so it looks like they will be here all week. The papapa is my favourite place when I want to be on my own away from everything else, even the eggs :P
