Good morning!
I just got my large BGE (converted from a Bradley and would like to smoke some loin back ribs today. On my bradley I always used the 3-2-1 method and they came out great everytime. What do you all recommend on the BGE? Should I continue with the 3-2-1 method or just go the whole 6 hours or so with no foil? My family likes them pretty tender, amlmost falling off the bone but not quite. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks.

I've moved from the 3-2-1 method to 5-6 hours(bb vs. spares) with no foil. It's just easier with similar results.
Lots of folks here swear by the CWM rib method.
