Finally! I found a great deal on an Egg and I get to pick it up tomorrow! It's a birthday gift arriving two months early.
Anyway...I have a 2-3lb rack of baby back pork ribs. Can anyone offer tips for a newbie for grilling perfection?
Also...does anyone have a helpful site or can respond on how to control airflow. (i.e. the effects of closing the top and bottom dampers and how that impacts cooking?) (told you all i'm new to this ) thanks for your help!

Congrats and enjoy that Egg. The link from GG is full of guod stuff that has served me well. There is a recipe call Car Wash Mikes ribs and man are they great. Just did them again this past weekend.
