I was cooking bacon for the first time on the Egg for my stuffed pork tenderloin and wow what a site. I think i got the temps a bit too high because it looked like a raging inferno when i opened the lid to flip them. So i knew i needed to flip them very soon and i forgot to burp the Egg......and whammo!!! giant flame ball shoots out and there goes all the hair on the bottom of my forearm....i was proud of myself that i didn't drop the lid and really create a problem..That was first time my Egg fought back at me...lesson leaned...lower temp for bacon and ALWAYS burp the Egg!!
