Did second pulled pork for about 15 Monday.
Also did my first ribs. Dry rubbed and cooked for 3.5 hours at 250 grate and then added Sauce for additional 30 minutes.
Flavor good, bent pretty good, but think could have used 30 minutes more. Not tuff just not super tender.
Evreyone said I am going to do their pulled pork from now on!!
Love my large Egg. Just wish I had more time at home to cook!!

BB Ribs normally take 5hrs, spares longer, be patient, don't rush it, you will be happy
