we must EGG the bones! 12#, 8 shoulder bones, WITH MEAT!, slowly smoked with Ripnem's hand shucked apple wood.....several hours (6hrs @ 250) low and slow dry, then several hours low and slow (6hrs @ 250, partially covered in 2" water and HDAF) in Kitchen Aide oval roaster, compliments of Photo Egg and CraftyPezHead

then cooled, and transferred into 2 containers with dark beer and water, in oven (250 for 3-4hrs), covered; followed by processing these:

Then cooked over Ripnem's CHERRY wood ;) from 1030----till we finished stuffing the last 50#s around 630! Added 32 oz hominy, 1/4 cup fresh minced garlic, S&P, 1/4 cup oregano, a squeeze of lime, and LOVE from Molly :kiss:

    ALL HAIL the QUEENS!!! ;) A.W.E.S.O.M.E.!!!Let me know ahead of time the next time ya'll plan this.I will see that there is a few quarts of ORIGINAL "Hoss'" apple pie present for the occasion.(disclamier)I am NOT the one that came up with/originated the apple pie shine.I just put the Magic to it. ;) :laugh:

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    Yowzah! After the crap you have me for not g getting to be a sausage maker I had extraordinary pangs of jealousy. But now even more so! I made some Apple pie thanks to my fellow Eggers, but it doesn't measure up. Looks wonderful.
