BBs and Spares
Frank from Houma

One rack of spares and one rack of BBs
Onion - Pat on bottom pat on top, hoochie mama, and a beef bouillon cube
Corn and onions - sauced a few ribs for DIL
Good but not my best - they finished early and held them in the oven at 150 for two hours. Mayo, parmesan, and Tajin

The onion goes down real easy
Kind of like onion soup without the broth -
Nice spread you got there! I need to try the onion trick. Grilled em whole before but never with a beef cube.

A lotta folks do that on here.I core em(about 2/3 the way through),put in butta, worchestershire sauce, browm sugar and crisscross the top with bacon.Gotta try the bullion cube trick one day.

The corn - not kidding - I think I'm a corn addict
Not a big difference between the rib flavors. Heavily rubbed with DPDD and a little turbinado. Pecan for smoke. -
I DO love the Pecon. That corn looked GREAT!.I gotta try the kicked up version.
-
Good stuff! Picked up some Silver King corn today that will hit the egg tomorrow evening. Now I'm wishing I'd picked up some spares too....
