Molly AKA Cookin biker made an 8 hour scenic drive in 6 sweet hours :silly:
All went well: no tickets, no wind (compared to past few months), no flat tires....
THEN, as she was riding into Roswell, New Mexico, she noticed her brakes went a bit too soft
One hour later, with a new master brake cyclinder -- and b!tching "I couldaboughtaSMALL" she was off and running with DOW in tow :P
Molly opened her Christmas Gift from Beli and was thrilled!
After a lovely, gourmet meal with remnants of the new GRADUATE's first spatchcocked chicken, on the BGE (# 1 and Only is becoming quite the Egger!)
Thelma and Louise tackled 70#s of pork a$$ :woohoo:
IN 1 HOUR
11 5 pound bags + 1 3.75 pound bag for a special EGGirl later
We even have 10 pounds of meaty bones to create something savory, like maybe some red or green New Mexican Chile
Stay tuned for tomorrow's event: THELMA AND LOUISE STUFF SAUSAGES   :woohoo:

I said to my wife, 'Where do you want to go for our anniversary?' She said, 'I want to go somewhere I've never been before.' I said, 'Try the kitchen.'
