    OUCH :pinch: I took the side of my right thumb off trying to cut a frozen baguette. it rolled on me. Hey did you see my post about the Wusthofs? if the classic handles check for stress cracks :( sent a bunch of mine back last week and waiting to hear....

    Yes they are, but remember that the sharper the blade, the less painful it is. I am not a sick person but I kinda giggled a bit wondering how you would show off that wound if it were on your middle finger.

    That picture was taken with the web cam on my iMac. For some reason it reverses the image. It is actually my left hand.
