Texas Tater Tots for Buddy Lawn

So I made a spud salad on the weekend and had a bunch of hand crushed taters left over(sorry about pic quality it gets better)

Put in an egg, some salt, pepper and dehydrated onion and formed into super size tater tots. Rolled in flour.

Egg washed and dredged in seasoned breadcrumbs
