    That was really good and did taste like apple pie. Too many slices and you could get in trouble though.

    1 gallon Apple Cider
    1 gallon Apple Juice
    3 cups sugar
    6 to 9 cinnamon sticks
    (8 will work for the 8 quart Mason Jars)

    Combine above ingredients in a large pot,bring to a boil,reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Add 1 750 ml bottle of Everclear or 151 rum.

    Put cinn. sticks in jars with liquid.
