Or you can make your own mojo seasoning!

    Rub, Mojo, Dry, Sparky

This seasoning blend is great for chicken and pork.

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp dried ground oregano
    1 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    1/4 tsp granulated garlic
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    Fresh-squeezed juice of 1 lime
    Olive oil

    PROCEDURE:
1 Combine all the dry ingredients in a dish.
2 10 minutes before cooking pork or pountry, rub the meat with a little bit of olive oil. Sprinkle generously with the seaasoning on all sides, then drizzle lime juice over the top.
3 Above ingredients are enough for seasoning one whole butterflied chicken.

Another is Stuarts out of N.Y. They seem to have everything and more. I'll try to find a link.
