    Haven't read all the responses, are you talking Baby Backs or Spares? Sounds like they are undercooked to me. Baby Backs take roughly 5hrs at 250-275 and spares figure on about 7hrs. I did spares yesterday and they were about right at 6 1/2 hrs.

    I have to ask............in this post and some others, I have seen a reference to "bookmarking" a post. How is that done? I would like to try that.
