Got thumbs up on the tuna

For the past 18 years I have been trying to convince the wife that the fish family is made up of more fish than just fried cod.. She approved of the cod and tilapia I had cooked on the egg.
Tonight I followed a recipe from here for oriental grilled tuna. To me is masked the flavor of the tuna, but she loved it :woohoo:.
Served it on a bed of wild rice, oriental green beans and a wasabi sour cream sauce.

This was the tuna after 1 hour in the marinade

Mine :blush: . Recipe called for 3 minutes each side. Next time I will go 2 and skip the marinade on mine.
