I found this recipe in the search engine for homemade ricotta stlye cheese.

This is worth the effort. The last time I tried this recipe it cost about $16 for the cheese alone.

This turned out great. The ricotta was way better than store bought at a fraction of the cost. Really brings the cost of this recipe down :)
