12 tomatoes
2 Tomatillos
1 red Bell Pepper
3 jalapenos
1 Serrano
1 Bunch green onions
1 Head of garlic
2 Onions
2 Ears corn (only used one - had to eat the other one :P )
Juice of two limes

All but the limes on to the XL

Temp was 650 when I went out the check (dumarse!) so put the platesetter in and went indirect with some oak for a while.

Pureed about 1/3 of ingredients and chopped the rest - added lime juice and TBSP of salt
