Iberico loin with asparagus
Hello to all,
got the chance to get a 2 pound Iberico pork loin. Cut in 3 steaks.
Here no 1:
EVOO, salt and pepper:
gave it a sear on the large (small CI rost on spider):
Placed a CI pan on the CI grid and cooked the asparagus, the steak came on top of the rig
