The sun is out! What do I have in the freezer? Hamburger, "I can defrost that"!
While many of the posts on this forum highlight perfection, I just wanted to share my daily eggn'. Even if it means microwave defrost to get the burgers on the grill!
500 to sear, then lower the temp to 400 to cook and melt the cheese. Wonderful!

I searched their web site...and I can't find the custom ET-732 transmitter stand anywhere!!!

Nice looking burgers! I have that same press. It does good work. To be honest, I'm usually even too lazy for that and I buy the pre-pattied burgers.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
