Last Minute Pork Tenderloin

Late leaving the office, but still had time to swing by the neighborhood grocery to pick up a couple of pork tenderloins.
Plate setter in place and up to temp.
Pulled, rested and sliced.
Perfectly juicy.
Plated with rice pilaf and the toasty breads.

I haven't done any direct. The first one I ever did was indirect for about 40-45 minutes at about 375 and it turned out absolutely perfect. Since then, the wife has had no desire to deviate from what works. I'm sure I'll try it sooner or later, though.

Do not get rid of the gas grill. Just take out the burners and other "guts"; it makes good outdoor storage.
Believe me, as you get used to the BGE, you won't have any other use for the gas.
