Well I do not plate as well as some of you but thought I would share tonights menu ...
Some left over brisket
Some Jalapenos stuffed w/ chopped brisket and proprietary blend of cheeses(lol)
And the results, wiht some home grown corn and a tortilla ... home made BBQ sauce too, (but the brisket did not need it.)

Looks great from here, but it appears to me that the tortilla is begging to be wrapped around a couple of the Jals and a chunk of the briskey.

the tortilla was a tastey transportation unit...while it lasted.
bacon brisket .... now there you go... I may just try laying bacon over part of the next brisket that goes in the egg.
