Baby Back Ribs

I have done lots on the egg, but never been very successful with the ribs until my last cook when I did the "Car Wash Mike's Baby Back Rib Class." I hope that success continues as I am cooking for friends today:

Hey, you are going to post end result pics?? Right? I can't wait to see them. Ribs are hard for me to cook for some reason, I just have not yet hit on the method that works. Tell more about this class you took....

It wasn't a class. That is what it is called in the cookbook. Just search rib. Yep I will post a result pic.

I am doing Babybacks right now, the large and stoker are chugging along at 225° + or - a couple degrees.

Got some on here myself. Fired up the egg at 4:30a, ribs on and smoke rolling at right around 6a. Hope to stabilize around 225 grate temp, should be ready to come off around 11ish.
