I have a quick question for all of you gurus... Have any of you ever used Dizzy Pig's Jamaican Firewalk on a brisket? I am out of Cow Lick and was wondering if I should give it a try...

Never used it on brisket but have used it on virtually everything else. heck yes. Give it a try. Let us know how great it is. I'm sure at worst, it'll be good.

It's a great seasoning. I have never used it on brisket but I do like it on other beef cooks.
