Stuffed Chicken Thighs

Tonight's Supper, Stuffed Chicken thighs. I found the recipe on Food and Wine.

I cooked them indirect at 375 for 1hr and 15min.It was very good but next time I think I will put the wild rice on the inside instead of the breadcrumbs.

Good looking thighs Tim. I have some on as we speak. I just put some sweet rub on them raised direct 400F till nice and crispy maybe around 200F internal. :P
