Just some basic chicken thighs and grilled asparagus. Both grilled direct on the raised CI grid on the AR.
It was a quiet night for the wife and I to reflect and be thankful for being missed by the tornado that wiped out a subdivision just a mile away.

Outstanding.........Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
I tried once and wound up with severe photoingestinitus. ER did a quick stop-bath treatment followed by a good dose of 'fixer'. All ended well..
