I think this was my best pizza dough ever. I like my pizza thin crust and this turned out very thin and crunchy. And surprisingly tender, more tender than my regular dough. :) I think it's because of the long fermentation. Here are a few pic's. I made 4 small, simple pizza's without tomato sauce.
