What a fun Eggfest. There were over 300 people (some said close to 400) that came out to the Iguana grill check out the BGE. I was told 40 eggs were sold.
I never realized how fast a 5lb pork loin could disappear. The Apple Enchilada were gone before they were cool enough to eat. By the time I remembered the camera the food was gone. It was fun to have people come up and ask questions either about the egg itself, what/ how to cook or just problems an owner was having cooking a specific item. We will be doing this fest again.
