Well I'm so happy with the steak, burgers and chicken I'm ready to do baby back ribs tomorrow. Planning on using Tim's recipe 2.5hrs 325 then1/2 hour direct at 250-275. What is best way and time to put corn on the cob in the egg while cooking the ribs or is this a bad idea.please give me specific instructions so I don't goof this up.[p]

    kyle,
Corn works great. Maybe someone else will chime in with times. I cook them until they have a little "give" when squeezed. I just chuck em on with the husks on. For an added twist, carefully unpeel the husks, put on some butter, and seasonings, wrap it back up, and then cooke em! [p]My guess is an hour at the temps you are doing your ribs at. Rotate them every so often.[p]Enjoy

kyle:[p]A Greek favorite is to shuck, brush with olive oil, season as you like (Lawry's), and place directly on the grill and rotating till your preferred doneness. Some like a little charring others not.

    Nature Boy,
Thanks for the feedback. I'm not used to going by temp so not sure what right temp for doing the corn is. But sure would like to put them in with the ribs just don't want to blow cooking the ribs because of the corn. Any last bits of temp and time advice would be appreceated. If I cook direct for last 45 mins at the 250 temp do you need to wrap in foil. Need some emcouragement.
    thanks
