I have some quail marinated and ready to go for tomorrow night. Any suggestions on how to cook them? One possibility is to wrap them in bacon and glaze them with a bourbon and pepper jelly glaze.

Not in the mood to stuff them with anything heavy.

Ideas welcome and appreciated.
