I'm looking into ordering a thermapen and was wondering if anyone would recommend a good website to purchase from. I understand they are a little pricey, I just want to make sure I'm dealing with a reputable company.

Best price I've seen is from the thermapen company itself. http://www.thermoworks.com/products/thermapen/splashproof_thermapen.html I will also be interested to see other suggestions.

Send an e-mail to 'Mollyshark' through the forum and she will hook you up. Only better pricing than hers is through thermaworks with a refurbished unit.

A forum member called mollyshark may be able to sell you a new one simply start a new post with mollyshark in the subject line. Then in the body of the text ask for a new thermapen. Make sure you subscribe to your post so you don't miss her response. She is a great egghead who does this to help other eggheads. How ever you get a thermapen you will still get the great warranty. You will be happy to have a thermapen they work great and if you have any trouble using it ThermoWorks will stand behind it.

King Arthur www.kingarthurflour.com sells them in their catalog. Never have paid attention to the price so I don't know if good buy. Ping Mollyshark first.Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx

Here you can send her an email through the forum.

If she's still doing it you wont beat the price on "new"

Some places that sell the Thermapen won't help out with the warranty. It really doesn't matter who you buy it from or if they will help with the warranty.
Thermoworks will honor the warranty and has some of the best customer service offered anywhere.
Amber, Thermoworks tech person, has helped many a forum members with problems even if the unit was out of factory warranty.
Check around find your best price and order.
You might call Thermoworks, ask for Amber and check into a refurbished unit. I have heard of them being sold for about 50% off and usually the factory warranty is applied.
They are expensive and well worth the investment.

i called the company itself and asked if they had any reconditioned ones for sale and pick up one a lot cheaper with the same warranty
