When ever I see images of new eggs, I'm always amazed and the bright white interior. It's hard to imagine that my egg ever looked that clean. :laugh: -

You look bundled up! Where you is? 80F here today in Ga. -
Thats Barrie, Ontario, Canada. it was about 40F. This is what it looked like the day before
Today the high will be high 60s.
Cooked the ribs just under 300F for about 2 1/2 hours then coated with a honey brown beer sauce and closed the lid for about another 1/2 hour. Used some lumps of apple wood and hickory.
