looks great. brisket looks nice and moist, too.
when i cooked my first pork butt, i opened the dome, took it out, and plonked it in a bowl. i asked a buddy of mine (who has since bought an egg) "is that what it is supposed to look like?" hahaha
he said "oh yeah, yep. oh man, that is EXACTLY what it is supposed to look like"
food looks great

I have spent a lot of time on Mobile Bay, love that country. It has been a while though :cheer:

Great job, Wally.
Brisket is one of the most challenging cooks and it looks like you nailed it! -
I was shocked brisket came out so well. My wife, who normally does not eat beef, ate it and wanted more!!

Been in Mobile area since 1977. Grew up north of Orlando...pre-Disney. and just could not go back with all the growth.
Mobile is still a nice small town and living out in the country like I do is even better with quick access to Mobile -
