Egret's ham

I cooked Egret's ham today for Easter dinner. It is always a little nerve wracking coking a new recipe for the first time for a holiday meal. To make it even more funner, we invited friends over! No worries though. The Egg did it's thing with Egret's recipe and I'm here to tell ya - that was some good ham.
