Are you sure that it wasn't a skunk that got to Bear? I have seen that look in the eyes before.

Nah, he's sailing. He was at the vet yesterday but it was too swollen for x-rays.

He never really looks thet bright but he is my best friend

Steve: Really sorry to hear about Bear...keep us posted!

Here's one for you...the cats sizing up one of the opposition for this afternoons dinner...

And the ever famous, 'eye to eye' staredown...
(Yes, I was tempted to remove the rubber bands... )

Also pretty sure my cats would spank the cr@p out of that...ummmm...rodent!??  The old diabetic in the background of the first pic sent a 65 pound Pit Bull mix running down the street yelping with his tail between his legs, not too long ago!!!  He says..."Don't mess with my Mom!" If we had a video of THAT, we'd be rich! :)

Hope all is well for Bear tomorrow.
  • You are in some kind of trouble, I'd say. Yes, for the last picture, in case you are wondering.
Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 6 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Doreen told me to look at your post b4 I left for work. What in the world did he do to himself and how?! Let me know how he is. You know how I feel about animals. If ya really want the rodent gone box him up and send him down. Auron's needing a new tug to play with!

Bodi, our 8lb Yorkie...not amused by the Mohawk or the attention and laughs and giggles he was getting.

  • Sorry to hear about Bear. Our golden broke his paw badly a while back; he made a full recovery and is back to his old tricks. The hardest part was keeping him from going stir crazy while he had to be cooped up to heal.

Sorry to hear about your dog. We had a lab for almost 14 years. He's gone but not forgotten. Now all we have is this little guy
