Good afternoon, I have never Egged a brisket before. Can some one give me a few pointers? I'm looking for what temp to cook at, what temp to cook to. Any other help will be appreciated. Thanks very much and have a good Easter everybody.

I'd search, there's a lot of links. I've done small flat and was disappointed, my wife's recipe in the oven all day beat it easily. However, at Christmas I found a big packer and did it on my Large (had to fold up) and it took over 24 hours if I recall correctly, and it came out fantastic. I think I followed thirdeye's site.
