Prime Rib Question

Making prime rib Sunday. I have done it before using Max's recipe and it was outstanding. I lost my notes and was looking for an approximate per pound cooking time using 500 to sear and bringing egg temp down to 325 and cooking to an internal temp of 125. Any help is appreciated.

I did one a few nights ago. It weighed about 5 pounds. I cooked indirect the whole time starting at 500 for 20 minutes and then 350 for the rest. I pulled it off when internal temp was 130. That took about another 50-55 minutes after the initial 20 minutes. I covered with foil and poked a meat thermometer through the foil and waited until the internal temp rose to 140. That took another 15 minutes of resting. It was a perfect medium rare.
So, the whole process took about 90 minutes once the roast went on the BGE. Oh, it was freakin awesome. -
