Le Creuset Knob in Stainless

Just found a stainless replacement knob for the lids of Le Creuset dutch ovens. Didn't know they made such things. If anyone is concerned about using the stock phenolic knobs in the egg (or the oven for that matter), maybe this is the answer.

The phenolic is supposedly good for 350°, as I recall. I imagine that is just Le Creuset being somewhat cautious, but if you are concerned, I would think stainless would handle whatever you throw at it.
