We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! First Cook- smoked fatties- pic heavy-

Smoked a few fatties-on a large- just burger with cheese, onion, jalepeno and potato- wrapped in bacon, smoked with applewood chips. Oh and one lonely slice of bacon was left after the rolling- and a lonely jalepeno, we made two poppers with a piece of string cheese.

Turned out good- no leftovers- other than the salad we didn't even open.
Believe it or not this will be our job... we are a new dealer in the lower "thumb" of Michigan. And a good job it will be! :woohoo:

BTW Thanks to all for the great information in the forum and thanks for the ideas- couldn't wait to try the fattie- it just had to be first. Looking forward to showing off more food and soon. :kiss:
