I was surfin' the forum the other day at work (oops) and found a wing "procedure" that used Anchor Bar sauce. Well, I got busy and lost the link. Probably a million of these floating around, but I can't find the one I was looking at anymore. Can anyone help?

A tip...you can use google to search a specific site.
Search forum from google.
Good luck!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
I use Anchor Bar sauce pretty much exclusively on hot wings.
I like to parboil wings in cider vinegar, then drain, season, and cook on a raised grid direct heat at 350-400* until they are all nice and crispy. All pieces are just about 200* internal when done to my liking. Then I remove to a large bowl, dump in a cup or two of sauce, toss them around to coat, then put them back on the grid for 5-10 minutes. Sometimes I'll toss in the sauce again before serving. -
yep - that's another of my recipe/methods I like to use. I generally do them this way when I plan a day or two ahead to marinade.
Usually wings are a snap decision and I put them frozen directly into the vinegar to parboil. -
That sounds great. I haven't been crazy about wings egged from frozen, so I have defrosted the frozen wings or purchased fresh. Parboiling sounds like a good alternative.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
