Thanks to everyone who give me a hand with my first rack of ribs on the egg. I rubbed them with Billy Bones rub, cooked them over hickory at 260 degrees and put a bottle of Corona beer in the drip pan. About 2 hours later I pulled everything off and then slathered them with BBQ sauce and cranked up the egg to 450 degrees for about 15 minutes per side.
