My Aunt gave me some fresh,handpicked asparagus from her garden soo....I grilled some up in a CI skillet with some pancetta,evoo,s&p and a little balsamic.Then I put it on a coupla toasted,buttered homemade pieces of bread and topped with a slice of cheddr.I stuck it under the broiler just long enough to get the cheeze a little melty.Twas Good. :)
