We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! My Aunt gave me some fresh,handpicked asparagus from her garden soo....I grilled some up in a CI skillet with some pancetta,evoo,s&p and a little balsamic.Then I put it on a coupla toasted,buttered homemade pieces of bread and topped with a slice of cheddr.I stuck it under the broiler just long enough to get the cheeze a little melty.Twas Good. :)
