I saw this gadget on another forum. It got good reviews so I ordered a couple. It is kinda flimsey but does what it says it will do.I only made 2 burgers on the first run but can see after doing a couple that it gets easier with use. I will have to get more exotic with the stuffing in the future. This was just a test run to see if it really worked.
One pound of home ground chuck roll.
Two 8 oz servings.
2/3 for the bottom,1/3 reserved for the top .
stuff with cheeze and ernyins.
top it off.
remove from mold
grill em up
was really good burger.more practice needed, will make an improved version. Thanks fer lookin!

Hoss,
You missed the most important shot. Here's what it should look like.
Looks a lot easier than my grubby paws -
The second one looked like that.I was timid with the filling on the first(pictured one). This is a work in progress! The thing works way better than I thought it would.May could use it to make "individual" salmon pizzas!

OK, Hoss, let's see you make real use of that thing.... put some stuffing in there!!Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
3 Large, 1 Small, 1 well-used Mini -
I was admittedly timid on the test run. :pinch:

Nice looking hamburgers. It's nice to have the right tool for the right job.
That hamburger press does the job. Thanks for the pictures, especially the one with the name of the hamburger press, STUFZ.
Amazon has it for less than $20.
