I'd be up for it, would probably need to be on the weekend as I work at the Fort during the week. Liek the blog by the way, like the sustainable/organic twist to it (we try to eat organic as much as we can afford). I haven't seen anyone really comment on egging grass fed beef, that would be interesting...
